Torsten Reitler is a cultural activist from Leipzig, Germany. He is working at TEH member Moritzbastei since 1998 and has seen how his hometown turned from a shrinking city into a boom town. He was negotiating with changing mayors and city councils and helped building a network of cultural workers that is known country wide.
