Dr. Theresa Lempp is project manager, researcher and trainer working for Jugend-& Kulturprojekt e.V. since 2017. In the last 10 years she has worked as a project manager in the Institute for Social Research and Regional Development and as a researcher and lecturer in the Technical University of Dresden in the departments of Social Pedagogy and Sociology. Her topics include youth work, transition research, inclusion as well as gender and diversity in organisations. Theresa Lempp holds a Ph.D. in Education and an MA in Political Science.
