Symposium and Launch Session for a new cross boarder network as a cultural catalyzer. Initiated by GEH8, Dresden (DE) and Hraničář, Ustí nad Labem (CZ).

The network fosters culture as a border crossing force for social change and offers a platform for cooperation and empowerment of cultural players in Germany and the Czech Republic. It connects initiatives from urban centers as Ustí nad Labem and Dresden and also from the rural region of Saxony and Northern Bohemia.
The Symposium presents all the players, joined by several experts and artists.
It is open to the public. The admission is free of charge.
