Close to the city center between Zentralwerk and Bahnhof Neustadt stretches an urban area which is a space full of possibilities. You are invited for a Sunday walk through that urban space in transition. We will visit artist run spaces such as Blaue Fabrik, Hanse3, GEH8, Schimmelprojects Arts Center and also get to know several initiatives who are engaged for a cooperative and culture driven urban development in Dresden. The walk will start at Zentralwerk and will end next to Bahnhof Neustadt.

GEH8 is a non-profit association in Dresden that promotes contemporary art. Founded in 2007 as a studio community of artists, architects, designers and city planners in a former car repair shop of Deutsche Bahn, GEH8 has developed into a significant production and presentation venue for contemporary art.
